Good written recording of information is essential in order to ensure effective transfer of key knowledge, especially within the social care sector where vulnerable adults are being supported. In order to promote effective care and support, information needs to be shared with relevant multi agency partners.

This is ½ day course will benefit all staff who are involved in reporting and recording information about people within a work setting. Complying and adhering to general data protection regulations (2016) staff need to be aware of what constitutes professional written communication and sharing on a ‘need to know basis’ with multi agencies in the wider support for adults requiring support. by attending this workshop, delegates will learn and understand the need for this and will improve their competencies as a result.
