OVERVIEW
This half day course provides delegates with an understanding of mental health illness, causes, treatments and first aid to support people who might need help and support if they are experiencing issues around mental health wellbeing within the workplace. It is beneficial for all staff to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing as a well, health and happy workforce leads to greater achievements for all.

OVERALL COURSE BENEFITS
This 1/2 day course will enable delegates to gain an insight and understanding of mental health issues and wellbeing; recognise signs and symptoms of a mental health issue and how to apply first aid to support people. Delegates will be signposted to the UK national campaign launched by Mental Health England for ongoing support and resources, including how to become a workplace mental aid first aider.
